1. 適用範圍 Scope

本隱私權政策由伴伴辦學科技股份有限公司（英文名 EduBaania，以下簡稱「我們」）制定，說明我們如何收集、使用、儲存、分享與保護您的個人資料。本政策適用於我們提供的所有產品與服務，包括但不限於：AIMii AI 課堂、AIMii Speak、AIMii Words、官方網站（edubaania.com 及其子網域），以及我們在各平台（如 Microsoft Store、Google Play、Apple App Store、LINE）上架的「AIMii」應用程式（合稱「本服務」）。

當您註冊、登入或使用本服務時，即表示您已閱讀並同意本政策的內容。若您不同意，請停止使用本服務。

This Privacy Policy is provided by EduBaania Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). It explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal data. It applies to all of our products and services, including but not limited to AIMii AI Classroom, AIMii Speak, AIMii Words, our website (edubaania.com and its subdomains), and the "AIMii" applications we publish on platforms such as the Microsoft Store, Google Play, Apple App Store and LINE (collectively, the "Service"). By registering for, signing in to, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. 我們收集的資料 Data we collect

我們僅收集為提供與改善本服務所必要的資料，包括：

• 帳號與身分資料：姓名、電子郵件、手機號碼，以及您透過 LINE、Google 或 Apple 第三方登入時所提供的帳號識別碼與基本個人資料。
• 學習與使用紀錄：學習進度、作答與測驗紀錄、課堂互動內容、使用時間與功能操作紀錄。
• 語音與錄音資料：當您使用口說練習或 AI 對話功能時所錄製的語音，用於發音評估、即時回饋與 AI 互動。
• 付款與訂閱資料：訂閱方案、交易與帳單紀錄。實際信用卡或付款帳戶資訊由第三方金流／應用程式商店處理，我們不會儲存您的完整卡號。
• 裝置與分析資料：IP 位址、裝置與瀏覽器類型、作業系統、語言設定，以及透過 Cookie 與分析工具（如 Google Analytics）收集的使用行為資料。

We only collect data necessary to provide and improve the Service: (a) Account & identity data — name, email, phone number, and the account identifiers and basic profile information you provide when signing in via LINE, Google or Apple; (b) Learning & usage records — learning progress, answers and quiz results, classroom interactions, time spent and feature usage; (c) Voice & audio data — recordings made when you use speaking practice or AI conversation features, used for pronunciation assessment, real-time feedback and AI interaction; (d) Payment & subscription data — subscription plan and transaction/billing records; actual card or payment-account details are handled by third-party payment processors / app stores, and we do not store your full card number; (e) Device & analytics data — IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language settings, and usage data collected via cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

• 進行 AI 發音評估、即時回饋與 AI 對話、評量與內容生成。
• 依您的學習狀況提供個人化的學習內容與進度追蹤。
• 處理訂閱、付款與帳單。
• 提供客戶支援、回覆詢問與發送服務相關通知。
• 分析使用情形以改善產品功能與使用體驗。
• 維護服務安全、防止濫用，以及遵循適用法令與義務。

我們不會將您的個人資料用於與上述目的無關的用途，亦不會在未經您同意下將其販售予第三方。

We use the data we collect to: operate, maintain and provide the Service and to create and manage your account; perform AI pronunciation assessment, real-time feedback, AI conversation, grading and content generation; personalize learning content and track progress; process subscriptions, payments and billing; provide customer support, respond to enquiries and send service-related notices; analyze usage to improve features and experience; and maintain security, prevent abuse and comply with applicable laws. We do not use your personal data for purposes unrelated to the above, and we do not sell it to third parties without your consent.

4. 第三方服務與資料分享 Third-party services & sharing

為提供本服務，我們會與以下類型的第三方服務供應商合作，並僅在必要範圍內分享資料：

• 第三方登入：LINE、Google、Apple，用於帳號驗證與登入。
• 雲端基礎設施：Google Cloud Platform（含 Google Cloud Storage），用於代管與儲存資料。
• AI 模型供應商：用於語音辨識、發音評估、AI 對話與內容生成的 AI 服務（例如 Google 的生成式 AI 服務）。
• 付款與金流：第三方金流業者與應用程式商店（如 Microsoft、Apple、Google），用於處理付款。
• 分析工具：Google Analytics，用於了解整體使用情形。
• 應用程式商店：Microsoft Store、Google Play、Apple App Store，用於應用程式的散布與更新。

上述供應商僅得依我們的指示、為提供服務之目的處理資料。我們也可能在法律要求、保護權利或安全等情況下揭露資料。我們不會販售您的個人資料。

To provide the Service we work with the following types of third-party providers and share data only as necessary: third-party sign-in (LINE, Google, Apple) for authentication; cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform, including Google Cloud Storage) for hosting and storage; AI model providers for speech recognition, pronunciation assessment, AI conversation and content generation (e.g. Google's generative AI services); payment processors and app stores (e.g. Microsoft, Apple, Google) to process payments; analytics tools (Google Analytics); and app stores (Microsoft Store, Google Play, Apple App Store) for distribution and updates. These providers may process data only on our instructions and for the purpose of providing the Service. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal data.

5. 資料儲存與安全 Storage & security

您的資料主要儲存於 Google Cloud Platform。我們採取合理的技術與管理措施保護您的資料，包括傳輸過程加密（HTTPS/TLS）、存取權限控管，以及定期的安全檢視。

我們僅在達成本政策所述目的之必要期間內保留您的個人資料；當帳號刪除或法律不再要求保留時，我們將刪除或匿名化相關資料。請注意，沒有任何網路傳輸或儲存方式能保證百分之百的安全。

Your data is stored primarily on Google Cloud Platform. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls and periodic security reviews. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy; when an account is deleted or retention is no longer legally required, we delete or anonymize the data. Please note that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. 兒童與學生隱私 Children & students

本服務為教育產品，可能由未成年學生使用。學生帳號通常由家長、監護人，或補習班／學校代為建立與管理。我們僅為提供教育服務之目的，收集與處理學生的必要資料（如姓名、帳號與學習紀錄）。

我們不會在未取得家長或監護人同意的情況下，主動向兒童收集非必要的個人資料，也不會將兒童的個人資料用於行銷目的。家長或監護人有權查詢、更正或要求刪除其子女的資料，請透過下方聯絡方式與我們聯繫。

The Service is an educational product and may be used by minors. Student accounts are generally created and managed on the student's behalf by a parent, guardian, or cram school / school. We collect and process only the student data necessary to provide educational services (such as name, account and learning records). We do not knowingly collect unnecessary personal data from children without the consent of a parent or guardian, and we do not use children's personal data for marketing. Parents or guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data via the contact details below.

7. 您的權利 Your rights

依適用之個人資料保護法令，您就您的個人資料享有下列權利：

• 查詢或請求閱覽您的個人資料。
• 請求製給複製本。
• 請求補充或更正。
• 請求停止收集、處理或利用。
• 請求刪除，以及撤回您先前給予的同意。

如欲行使上述權利，請寄信至 aimii@edubaania.com。我們會在合理期間內處理您的請求。撤回同意不影響撤回前基於同意所為之處理的合法性。

Subject to applicable data protection laws, you have the right to: access and review your personal data; request a copy; request supplementation or correction; request that we stop collecting, processing or using it; and request deletion and withdraw consent you previously gave. To exercise these rights, email aimii@edubaania.com; we will respond within a reasonable period. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

8. Cookie 與分析 Cookies & analytics

我們的網站使用 Cookie 與類似技術，以維持登入狀態、記住您的偏好設定，並透過 Google Analytics 等工具分析整體使用情形。您可以透過瀏覽器設定管理或停用 Cookie，但部分功能可能因此無法正常運作。

9. 國際資料傳輸 International transfers

由於我們使用 Google Cloud 等全球性雲端與 AI 服務，您的資料可能於台灣境外的伺服器進行儲存或處理。我們會要求相關服務供應商對您的資料提供適當的保護。

Because we use global cloud and AI services such as Google Cloud, your data may be stored or processed on servers outside Taiwan. We require these providers to apply appropriate protection to your data.

10. 政策變更 Changes to this Policy

我們可能會不時更新本隱私權政策。任何變更將公告於本頁面，並更新上方的「最後更新」日期。重大變更時，我們會以適當方式另行通知。建議您定期查閱本政策。

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice by appropriate means. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
